TINH DẦU BẠC HÀ SA ĐÉC
Công dụng:
Thơm mát không gian, giảm căng thẳng, mệt mỏi và lo âu,…
Diệt khuẩn không khí, diệt nấm mốc, khử mùi thức ăn, mùi thuốc lá,…
Tăng sự tập trung và nâng cao tinh thần,….
Hướng dẫn sử dụng:
Xông tinh dầu bằng đèn nến, đèn điện hay thiết bị khác: cho 1 ít nước lên phần đĩa, nhỏ 1-4 giọt tinh dầu vào và làm thiết bị nóng lên.
Cho 3-4ml tinh dầu vào chai nắp gỗ chuyên dụng treo oto, tủ quần áo, wc.
Nhỏ 1-2 giọt tinh dầu vào chén nước ấm xông mũi hoặc xông truyền thống.
Nhỏ 1-2 giọt tinh dầu vào khăn tay, hít thật sâu.
Lưu ý: Không dùng bạc hà cho phụ nữ có thai và trẻ em dưới 6 tuổi

Directions for use:

Add 3-4ml essential oil to your hanging diffuser bottles then hang in cars, wardrobes, toilets
Add 1-2 drops of essential oils to a bowl of hot water and place a towel over your head and the bowl then deeply inhale the steam for several minutes.
Add 1-2 drops of essential oils to the material (handkerchiefs, cotton balls,…) and hold this to your nose and inhale.
Caution: Do not give Peppermint essential oil to children under 6 years old and pregnant women.
